Care Bear Corporate Government Project was developed over the 7 years based on research conducted for a self -published  doctoral dissertation by the owner of Moxie Consulting LLC, Serendipity Life LLC and Valkyrie's Sanctuary LLC. 

The Owner of  the companies, Devani Rogers conducted both field research and scientific research into the applicability of what was previously a corporate training method used with a large corporation since 2012.  Developed for application in 2018 on helping law enforcement - the project grew  in  scope - initially conceived off of the Ga Gang Investigator's conference/ combined with the FBI training school in Quantico VA - Hogan's Alley it branched out from a theory to development for training for law enforcement, first responders and judical  to valid predictive models to reduce and solve crime as well as corporate legal cases including behaviorally predictive models in criminal cases and civil cases. It was expanded to include ways to bridge communities' issues , bridge  systemic gaps in systems , agencies , and address both the agency and community needs as well as address corporate systems. 

The dissertation - includes a geographic comparative analysis of companies and government on the Federal, State and local level  and legal case studies. 

Unfornately, due to inability to find a safe location  for those that would be invited to Care bear Conference in GA - including myself it will not be in operation until a place that is free of abuse , discrimination against participants, and  governments  that protect survivors not offenders.

In 2019, I had federal financial aid to go to law school and get a Master's in trauma management to assist law enforcement. A dead car battery moving home changed my entire life. Since then, law school was put on hold trying to recover Jacob and Ella, and to rebuild the life that was taken from me simply because no one would listen, or take responsibility for their actions or law enforcement being held accountable for their behavior by even the FBI who allowed  law enforcement to murder two animals and cover up the sexual assault of a former law enforcement officer as well as threats to  her life and the lives of other law enforcement officers and politicians.  When law enforcement officers are not willing to even save the lives of their fellow officers - there is a problem.

Jacob and Cidney Ella Rogers - this was developed in part to bring you back to me and get you justice. Not a day goes by I don't think of you. I will never give up hope we can be reunited. I have gone through every available option but always heart strings. If anyone had helped, if anyone had listened.  I love you both - the original wonderfursmalls.
