Care Bear Corporate Government Project was developed over the 7 years based on research conducted for a self -published  Master's thesis   by the owner of Moxie Consulting LLC, Serendipity Life LLC and Valkyrie's Sanctuary LLC. 

The Owner of  the companies, Devani Rogers conducted both field research and scientific research into the applicability of what was previously a corporate training method used with a large corporation since 2012.  Developed for application in 2018 on helping law enforcement - the project grew  in  scope - initially conceived off of the Ga Gang Investigator's conference/ combined with the FBI training school in Quantico VA - Hogan's Alley it branched out from a theory to development for training for law enforcement, first responders and judicial  to valid predictive models to reduce and solve crime as well as corporate legal cases including behaviorally predictive models in criminal cases and civil cases. It was expanded to include ways to bridge communities' issues , bridge systemic gaps in systems , agencies , and address both the agency and community needs as well as addresses corporate systems promoting a better quality of life for individuals and the community.

Care bear points are rewarded for the good you do in the world-a reward for the things most people take for granted. Many years ago I developed a system to motivate my probationers to "earn" their way off of probation- I kept a star chart in my office so they could see their progress. I later developed that into a reward system for adults - so they always knew how appreciated they were.

There is a strict measurement of points - and triple reward points on certain days- it is about measuring the good in the world. Only Care bear Ambassadors have the point system -

They can be used for special events - and inclusion in the Care bear 500 Program - as well as to be on the Board of Directors.

They are awarded points for their participation

In 2022, I moved back to Cherokee County and fell in love with Woodstock - there isn't a person in the town I don't worry about everyday.  Even though my actual hometown is 2,500 miles away Woodstock is what reminds me why I created Carebear. Thank you. 

In 2022, I began the process of using it in Corporate when I took a corporate job.

It led to a lot of  things for the dissertation.

For years - I wanted to teach Carebear at UGA- it was the dream law school - and from the day in 2019 I started the research it was always for UGA. I don't know why  it cant be a multi university project. 

Kennesaw State's alumi and students- for the last 2 years  have been a shining example of Carebear - Thank you. 

A very heartfelt thank you to all of the people who have consulted, mentored , supported and help me work  the cases , funded and led to the  curriculum. I developed into Care bear - you know who you are - you are rockstar superheroes.  

Jacob and Cidney Ella Rogers - this was developed in part to bring you back to me and get you justice. Not a day goes by I don't think of you. I will never give up hope we can be reunited.
